Michelle Abis, MD has been providing primary care in the Northern Dutchess community for the past ten years, prior to joining Health Quest. She received her Bachelor’s degree and Doctor of Medicine from the University of the Philippines and completed her residency at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center where she also served as Chief Resident. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine.

Sharagim Kemp, DO has been practicing in Rhinebeck for the past two years and most recently at Health Quest affiliate, Northern Dutchess Hospital. She received a Bachelor’s degree from Pittsburg State University and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from The University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Kemp was a Resident at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and is board-certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment.
